My item was new & well protected. I'm in the US, so I had to pay extra for it to get to me. I recommend Latest Buy, but it's probably better to make a same country purchase with them, especially while we're having tariff issues. It's worth it if you find something you really want, though. (The photo shows it inside a Funko sparkle protector.)
